Three spiky balls on a hand-held stick make this Liveup Sport massager a quick way to roll your own legs, or to have someone roll your back for you. It is 42cm long and 5cm in diameter, with padded handles at each end, and it packs easily into a gym bag or suitcase.
Each of the three 5cm spiky balls turns on its own, so the stick rolls smoothly over the muscle as you push it along. Hold a handle in each hand and work up and down your calves, quads or hamstrings, pressing harder or lighter as you like. The back is easier with a training partner doing the rolling. The stick is water resistant and wipes clean after a session.
