This 65cm Swiss ball from LivePro is blue and suits users from 165cm to 185cm tall. It’s heavy PVC with a non-slip surface, anti-burst, and has a max capacity of 300kg. A foot pump and a spare plug come in the box.
Sizing
Swiss balls are sized by height. Sitting on the right ball with your feet flat, your hips are level with or a little above your knees.
| Your height | Ball size |
|---|---|
| 140cm to 165cm | 55cm |
| 165cm to 185cm | 65cm |
| 185cm to 195cm | 75cm |
Our exercise ball size guide goes into more detail. If the chart puts you on a 55cm ball, look at the 55cm Swiss Ball Pink. Larger and smaller balls are in the Swiss Balls range.
How people use it
- Core stability work: planks, dead bugs, crunches and bridges
- Rehab exercises set by a physio
- As a seat at a desk, where you sit upright to keep your balance
- Stretching over the ball for the back and chest
In the box
- 65cm anti-burst Swiss ball, blue
- Foot pump
- Spare plug
Setting it up
Pump it up gradually and check it against your height on the chart once you sit on it. A new ball can need a top-up after the first few days of use. Keep it away from heaters and sharp edges, and wipe the PVC surface clean when it gets dusty.
