Shaped with contours along its length, this 45cm massage foam roller is made from EPP foam, a firm, light foam that keeps its shape. It is 15cm in diameter and holds over 300kg, so it takes your full body weight on the floor.
Lie on the roller with it under the muscle you want to work, take some of your load on your hands or feet, and roll slowly. The contoured profile puts more pressure through the raised sections than a plain round roller does. At 45cm it is long enough to roll across the upper back, and short enough to use on one leg at a time for calves, hamstrings, quads and glutes.
