At 6cm across, this is the smallest of our high density EPP balls, and it is very firm. The speckled ball gets into small spots such as the arch of the foot, the forearm or between the shoulder blades while you lean against a wall. Roll slowly and ease off whenever you need to. The 8cm and 12cm sizes are in Massage Balls.
