These adjustable toe spacers are soft silicone gel separators that sit between your toes. Yellow inserts slot in or come out, so you choose how much space there is between each toe. A pack has one spacer for each foot plus 8 yellow inserts.
People wear them around the house, while stretching, or on a walk. Start with fewer inserts, then add more once the spacing feels comfortable. The silicone is soft and flexible and bends with your foot as you move. When they need a clean, wash them with soapy water, let them dry and they’re ready to use again.
