An arched back stretcher you lie on, with three height settings so you choose how far your back curves over it. The top board is PP plastic, the base is ABS, and rubber foam pads the surface. It measures approximately 38.5 x 25.5cm and stands 5.5 to 10.5cm high depending on the setting, and it supports a body weight of up to 100kg.
Set it on the floor on the lowest level, sit in front of it and lie back slowly so it sits under your back, then let your arms rest by your sides and breathe. To get off, roll to one side instead of sitting straight up. Move up a level only once the one before feels easy.
The three levels
- Level 1, starting position: the least stretch, for first-time users
- Level 2, moderate position: a greater stretch
- Level 3, advanced position: the most stretch, for flexible and experienced users. Go carefully.
