This massage roller is two tools in one: a hand-held roller ball with an ergonomic grip, and a 6cm ball that detaches for use on its own. The ball turns 360 degrees in its holder, and you can use it cold or warm, for up to 6 hours.
Hold the handle and roll the ball over your neck, shoulders, arms or legs with as much pressure as you like. Take the ball out of the holder to roll it under your foot while you sit, or to press it into one spot with your hand. Chill it before use for a cold roll, or warm it for a warm massage after training. It is compact enough to keep in a gym bag or desk drawer.
