Palm Guards are a must for any CrossFit athlete. They will help protect your hands on the pull-up bar, kettlebells or anywhere your hands are put at danger of ripping due to high rep WOD’s.
How to choose the correct size for you:
Measure from wrist (where palm and wrist meet) to the base of the middle finger.
Size X-S – Under 7.5cm
Size S – Up to 7.5cm
Size M – 7.5cm to 9cm
Size L – 9cm to 10cm
Size XL – 10cm and Up

Simple design. Not the strongest out there but good enough to protect your skin. Paired up with some fingerless gloves will give more support.

Good quality and arrived really quickly, but the sizing is much larger than the measurement chart indicates so I have had to make adjustments to them to fit.
