These black/yellow jigsaw mats are 1m x 1m and 25mm thick, the thinner option next to our 40mm tiles. The closed cell EVA foam locks together to cover a home gym or martial arts room, and edging pieces finish the sides. A 25mm tile suits lighter training and floor work. Thicker tiles and other colours are in Interlocking Foam Mats and MMA Mats.

These tiles are made of closed cell EVA foam which creates a durable yet inexpensive foam flooring solution that is impervious to water, insulates against cold sub floors and helps dampen the sound of high impact workouts often used in home gyms.
Foam tiles also make for excellent playroom flooring due to their shock absorbent properties which help to keep children safe from falls.
