Foam tiles are easy to install due to their simple interlocking puzzle system and are also easy to clean.
These tiles are made of closed cell EVA foam which creates a durable yet inexpensive foam flooring solution that is impervious to water, insulates against cold sub floors and helps dampen the sound of high impact workouts often used in home gyms.
Foam tiles also make for excellent playroom flooring due to their shock absorbent properties which help to keep children safe from falls.
