Good product. I’m currently on crutches so can’t lug weights around my home gym, so I’m using resistance bands. These are helpful little tools to make the bands more comfortable to grip and use at a higher intensity. So they are 100% useful, but I think they’re a bit spendy for what they actually are, and they aren’t the easiest thing to put on/take off the bands.
