Resistance Bands with Handles

Resistance bands with handles are rubber tubes with a grip at each end, so rows, presses and curls feel close to cable work. Clip on a door anchor and you can pull from any height. Flat and loop bands are in the wider resistance bands range.

The LivePro tubes with a safety sleeve come in 4.5kg, 9kg, 13.5kg and 18kg. SKLZ cable sets are rated 6.8kg light and 9kg medium. Toning tubes run from light to extra heavy, such as the Toning Tube Pro heavy.
