First time using this kind of thing. I will also be getting the medium as the light is not testing enough in all the exercises I do. For the record, I’m mid-fifties and only do light exercise every day, not a gym member. For those who exercise at home, this type of thing is ideal. Easy to use. Seems well made. It’s now a daily part of my routine.
