This product just arrived today, so I have only had a bit of a play with it and can tell it works really well. Great value product that will be useful for doing Les Mills On Demand CX Works classes.

Okay but handles feel flimsy. Good fast delivery though.

First time using this kind of thing. I will also be getting the medium as the light is not testing enough in all the exercises I do. For the record, I’m mid-fifties and only do light exercise every day, not a gym member. For those who exercise at home, this type of thing is ideal. Easy to use. Seems well made. It’s now a daily part of my routine.
