THE ROTATIONAL BODY WEIGHT TRAINER
The Livepro RCS Pro training belts are the perfect choice for this purpose thanks to its versatile training options. RCS is the abbreviation for Rotational Cross Suspension, which enables new types of movement on the training belts. Inside the T-piece is a rotating roller, which allows you to perform multi-level exercises better than regular exercise straps. It allows the handles to move freely, while also giving you more training challenges. You can use it at any angle for upper and lower body exercises.
Even the reciprocating handles give the movement a greater range of motion. You can also use it to practice movements that match your daily activities. Moving straps also require you to make more static grip on the muscles, for example during push-ups, to keep the handles level. The Livepro RCS pro exercise straps allow you to engage in full body exercises instead of individual muscle groups. It is more effective and also activates smaller, supportive muscles.
Livepro RCS PRO training belts are made of high quality materials. Durable and sturdy hooks and a T-piece allow these exercise belts to be used in the gym as well as other fitness centers.
