The LIVEUP Y-Shaped Hand Massager is a small roller from Liveup Sport with two rubber heads on a Y-shaped plastic handle. Hold the handle and roll the heads over your arms, legs, shoulders or neck. The heads swivel as you go, so they follow the shape of the muscle instead of skidding across it.
The Y shape lets the two heads sit either side of a limb, which makes it easy to roll a calf, forearm or thigh with one hand. Press lightly or firmly as you like. It’s a handy one to keep in a gym bag for after training, or next to the couch for the end of a day at work.
The handle fits well in the hand and doesn’t slip when your hands are warm.
