White is the lightest band in the Bloom set, rated X-Light at 10LB. It is a 680mm latex loop and 70mm wide. Use it to learn movements such as clamshells and glute bridges, for rehab work, or for shoulder warm ups where a heavier band would be too much. The 20LB, 30LB and 40LB bands are in Resistance Bands.
