With the splint in, the support holds the wrist firmly in one position, and the neoprene adds firm compression around the joint. People wear it while typing, driving, sleeping or doing anything where they want the wrist kept steady. Slide the splint out if you want a lighter wrap for general wear.
Put your hand through, line the splint up along the wrist, and fasten the closures one by one until the fit is snug. The same support is also made for the right hand.
