Made from natural cork, this 8cm massage ball is a very firm, light alternative to a lacrosse ball, with no rubber smell and no rubber against your skin. The cork surface resists slipping, feels comfortable on bare skin and washes easily.
Place it between your back and a wall, or on the floor under your glutes, hips or shoulders, and lean your weight into it. Roll slowly, or hold still on one spot. Roll it under the foot while seated, or along the forearm with your other hand. At 8cm it is big enough for the larger muscles and small enough to reach in around the shoulder blade. Because it is so light and small, it fits into any bag and goes with you to the gym, the office or on holiday.
