The LivePro Polar Roller is a cold massage roller: a stainless steel ball on a handle, filled with an alcohol-based liquid that does not freeze solid. Put it in the freezer for at least two hours and it comes out cold and stays that way for a long session, with no melting ice or wet towels, and you can refreeze it as often as you like.
Take the rubber sleeve off the handle before it goes in the freezer. Slip it back on when you use the roller, so your hand stays warm on the grip while the steel ball stays cold. Roll it slowly over the shoulders, elbows, forearms and the soles of the feet, or anywhere else you want a cold massage, pressing as firmly as feels right.
