The Lara Star posture corrector is a light shoulder brace that draws your shoulders back while you wear it. It acts as a reminder: when you start to round forward at a desk, you feel the brace and sit back up. Desk and office workers often wear one for 1 to 2 hours a day while they build the habit of sitting, standing and walking tall.
How to wear it
Put it on over a thin top and adjust it so it sits snug without digging in. Wear it during parts of the day when you tend to slump, such as long stretches at a computer, and keep to 1 to 2 hours a day. Take it off if the straps rub.
Sizes
It comes in Medium, Large and X-Large. We don’t have a measurement chart for this brace, so if you’re unsure which size to pick, get in touch before you order.
Fabric and care
The fabric is light but strong, soft and breathable, so it’s comfortable under a shirt, and it’s washable.
