Measure from wrist (where palm and wrist meet) to the base of the middle finger.
Size S – Up to 7.5cm
Size M – 7.5cm to 9cm
Size L – 9cm to 10cm

There are stitched finger holes that you will need to cut using standard scissors, cut carefully and slowly to make sure the guards fit snug around your fingers.
