Rocktape H2O is the water-resistant version of Rocktape kinesiology tape. Each roll is 5cm wide and 5 metres long, in black, blue or beige, and comes with an instruction sheet for the most common applications. It sits in our Foam Rollers and Rehab range.
Kinesiology tape stretches with the skin, so it gives support while letting you move through your full range. People use it for training, running, swimming and everyday wear, and physios and coaches use it with athletes of all ages. Once applied, it can stay on for up to 5 days, through showers and sweaty sessions.
Cut the strip to length, round the corners so they don’t lift, and rub the tape after applying to help the adhesive grip. Apply it to clean, dry skin.
