This spiky ball hand roller has a firm 9cm ball with spikes on the outer layer, which rolls in every direction as you move it over the body. It is one of the options in our Foam Rollers and Rehab range.
Hold the roller and run the ball over your shoulders, arms, thighs, calves or the soles of your feet. It turns 360 degrees, so you can change direction without lifting it off the skin, and it rolls rather than drags. The spikes give a textured massage, and because the ball is firm you can press harder on bigger muscles or ease off on smaller areas.
People use it after training, at the end of a day on their feet, or for a quick massage at the desk. It is easy to share too: one person can use it on another person’s back.
