Strongman Sand Bag 100kg

This is an empty LivePro strongman sandbag that takes up to 100kg of fill. It ships unfilled to keep freight down, and you fill it with sand yourself at home. Filler material is not included.

Inside is a separate filler bag that closes with a zip and hook-and-loop, so the sand stays contained while you carry, load and throw it around. The outer shell is 1000D Cordura, which is waterproof, breathable and hard wearing, and the LivePro logo is stamped on so it won’t rub off. When it’s empty it folds down for storage.

Use it for carries, loading over a bar or onto a platform, shouldering and other functional and strength work. LivePro recommends using it on a rubber floor. The same bag comes in five sizes, with maximum fills of 20kg, 40kg, 60kg, 80kg and 100kg.
