An 85cm Swiss ball is the large size, made for tall users: the size chart matches it to people 195cm and over. This anti-burst ball is heavy PVC, tested to exceed 800kg, and it comes with a foot pump. Choose blue or grey.
Sizing
Swiss balls are sized by height. Sitting on the right ball with your feet flat, your hips are level with or a little above your knees. If you’re tall and a standard ball leaves your knees higher than your hips, this is the size to look at.
| Your height | Ball size |
|---|---|
| 140cm to 165cm | 55cm |
| 165cm to 185cm | 65cm |
| 185cm to 195cm | 75cm |
| 195cm and over | 85cm |
Our exercise ball size guide goes into more detail. If the chart puts you on a smaller size, see the 65cm Swiss Ball with Pump or the rest of the Swiss Balls range.

The pump that came with it is a bit too weak to blow it up to full expansion. need to use a air compressor to fill it up nicely.
