This red spiky massage ball is 7cm across and firm, a size that fits comfortably in the hand and under the foot. It is one of several balls in our Massage Balls range.
Roll it under the sole of your foot while sitting at a desk, or stand and lean into it for more pressure. Put it between your back and a wall to work the upper back and shoulders, or sit on it to get into the glutes. You can also roll it along the forearm and calves by hand.
The firm core holds its shape under pressure, and the spikes give a textured feel that differs from a smooth ball. Start with light pressure and build up. It is small and cheap enough to keep one at home, one in the gym bag and one at work.
