This adjustable weighted vest goes from 5kg to 9kg, so you can start light and add load as your walks, hikes or circuits get easier. The adjustment comes from six 1.5 pound iron pellet bags that sit inside the vest: take bags out or put them back to set the load.
The vest is neoprene with double stitching, so the pellets stay put, and the iron pellet filling is odourless. Buckle straps adjust the fit around your body and the shoulders are padded.
