This cork peanut massage ball is two lacrosse-size balls joined into one, made from 100% natural cork. The peanut shape lets it sit either side of your spine, and it gets into spots a foam roller can’t, like around the shoulder blades and into the glutes.
Lean against a wall to roll your shoulders and upper back, or lie on it on the floor for your back, glutes, calves and hamstrings. Move slowly and pause on tight spots. People use it as part of a warm-up and after training.
Cork comes from the bark of the cork oak. The bark is stripped and grows back, so no trees are cut down, and cork is renewable, biodegradable and recyclable. Leftover cork from production is recycled back into raw material. It has a firm, slightly grippy feel that holds on a wall without sliding.
