The McDavid 4195 multi action knee wrap is a latex-free neoprene sleeve with elastic crossing straps, a padded buttress around the kneecap and adjustable pads on the inner and outer sides of the knee. It fits either leg and comes in three sizes. Find it in our McDavid Braces and Supports range.

The crossing straps let you adjust the fit and add support, and the side pads let you set compression where you want it. Seams use a 5-needle stitch for a flatter finish under clothing. People wear it for running, gym work, court and field sports, and walking.

To size it, stand and bend your leg to just under 45 degrees, then measure around the knee over the kneecap.
