This 20kg weighted vest from LivePro carries its load in ten pockets around the middle of your torso, each holding a 2kg bag of iron sand. You can take bags out to train lighter and add them back as you get stronger, so one vest covers a first easy walk and a hard CrossFit session.
How it fits
The pockets sit around the middle of the torso, and a wide waist strap pulls the vest in tight against you. That keeps the bags from bouncing when you run or change direction fast. Velcro fastenings let you adjust the fit, and it is one size fits most.
What people use it for
Walking and running with added load, rucking, CrossFit workouts, and bodyweight sessions like push-ups, pull-ups, lunges and step-ups. Most people start with a few bags in and build up over several weeks.
