Toe spacers, also called toe separators, are soft silicone gel pieces that sit between your toes and hold them slightly apart. This listing is one pair, in Small, Medium or Large. People wear them around the house, on a walk or while they stretch, as a comfort and stretching accessory for feet that spend most of the day in shoes.
How to start
Wear them for around 10 minutes a day to begin with, and build the time up slowly as they start to feel normal. Fit them between your toes so they sit at the base, and adjust until the spread feels even across the foot. Take them off if anything feels uncomfortable.

Small also covers US child sizes 5 to 7. Size down if your shoe size falls between two sizes or your toes sit tightly together. Size up if you have a wider foot.
Material and care
The silicone gel is soft and flexible, and the spacers are washable and reusable. Because of hygiene, we can’t accept returns on toe spacers, so check the chart before you order.

These toe spacers are not too thick between the toes, and they don’t extend beyond the foot, so good toe separation without making shoes too tight! They arrived quickly and without lots of unnecessary packaging.
